Despite holding a master's degree in nuclear physics, Carl Carlson remains one of Homer Simpson's fellow drones in Sector 7G. Never managing to advance above this lowly position at the plant, Carl developed instead one of the amiable and pathetic clock punchers that have made our great nation what it is today.
